The shipping process can take from 3-8 days to be completed. Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Defects: If your order is defective, contact us and specify the problem. If the defect is confirmed, you will then be able to send the part in for a full refund or replacement free of charge. Martel Autos Inc is not responsible for the cost to ship the parts back to our location.
Satisfaction: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days. You will be refunded your money minus a 5% restocking fee. You may only do this if the part(s) and original packaging are undamaged. To do this, contact us and specify your reason for dissatisfaction and the condition of your order. Martel Autos Inc is not responsible for the cost to ship your order back to our location.

It is legal for you to purchase all of the equipment sold through our store, however some of the coloring such as blue or red in the lighting products you cannot purchase for non-government usage.
